Daytona 500
Is a racing event that is part of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and it took place at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach on 21 February 2016. The event’s winner was Denny Hamlin with 200 laps and 45 points, driving a Toyota. The winner made the closest finish in the Daytona history, with only 0.01 seconds faster than his competitor, Martin Truex.

Rally Finland
This event took place in July in the central forest of Finland in Jyvaskyla. For as much as $68 speed and drift fans were able to stand on the roadside and watch all the action. Of course, the safety of the fans was a major concern, especially when the cars were jumping high and landing down the road or path, sometimes even sideways. It is an important event, nevertheless, being the fastest in the World Rally Championship. This year Rally Finland took place between 28 and 31 July. The competition was won by Kris Meeke who set a new speed record: 126.60 kph – the fastest FIA World Rally Championship round in history.
